Billing & payments

Which currencies do you accept?

We accept most currencies, however we only offer our services in certain countries for now. If you wish to pay in a specific currency, please discuss this before you make any payment and we will help you further. Our base currency is £GBP.

Is there a no-contract option?

All of our services are clearly laid out before we start. Some of our services are a one time service and others take some time where we clearly lay them out. You will always be told all the options available to you before you begin.

What is your guarantee policy?

We offer a full satisfaction guarantee, if you are not happy with your service we will make it right. We base our reputation on being able to deliver and are confident we will will always deliver a great service.

What will I get out of my service from Daily Offices?

We take all our projects, solutions and services seriously. It doesn’t matter to us how small or big your business or idea is, we treat you according to your personal preferences. We can have a dedicated account manager handle all your queries or you can request a more relaxed approach where you contact us when you feel it’s the right time, whatever your situation, we are here to support you and your business idea.

Do you offer additional services?

Depending on your requested consultancy or marketing service, we can provide further services. These include managing your solution through to completion, for example, if you would like a solution for your website, packaging, branding, etc, we can advise you on it and point you to providers or partners to help you. If you wish Daily Offices to carry out the solution for you instead, we can also provide this service. Our goal is to give you the choice and guidance to grow your business, and that is always our priority.

Can I have more consultations if needed?

Yes. There are no limits or one-size-fits-all solutions here, whatever you need we will do our best to cater to your requirements. Additional sessions, reports, services, etc can be requested at any time.

Can I have a custom made package / solution?

Yes, although our services are clearly laid out. Each service begins with a discussion to make sure you are getting what you need for the stage you are at. Everything we do is tailor focussed to your needs and goals.

Do you offer group or 1-on-1 consultations?

Yes. We work with many individuals and groups of people who are looking to start a business, e-commerce platform, a non-profit, CIC, etc. We have many ways to communicate with individuals or groups all at the same time, even if everyone is in a different location.

Can you take care of all of it?

Yes, in most cases. Your needs may vary and depending on your goals, we will consult with you what services you will benefit from, you will then have the option of getting this work done from whoever you choose, optionally from our partners or from us directly. You are under no obligations.

What can I do to make the most of our appointments?

Do you work with non-profits?

Yes.
